Job Description
Molzen Corbin, an employee-owned company, has been delivering high-quality engineering and architectural solutions to New Mexico communities for over 65 years. We are seeking a Records Coordinator. Responsibilities include maintaining various files, project records, and reference libraries, as well as maintaining databases for both active and archived projects. This position also serves as the alternate receptionist in the absence of the full-time receptionist. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and recordkeeping skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining effective communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with electronic filing systems, including DocRecord, is a plus. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
