Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Architect (state registration preferred, but not required) with at least 5 or more years’ experience specializing in municipal projects including libraries, public safety, sports and recreation, multi-generational and community centers, infrastructure development, airports, wastewater treatment plants, and testing laboratories. This position is responsible for architectural services including all aspects of project management, internal design team integration, engineering integration, preparing fee proposals, construction documents, building code review, cost estimates, bid and construction administration. The person in this role must have strong leadership, interpersonal relationships to foster team building and collaboration, and strong communication skills for interaction with clients and design teams. Technical skills required include proficiency employing Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office, along with creative skills, and a thorough understanding of best practices in building design and construction science in support of appropriate construction document detailing. This is an in-person position at our Albuquerque office.
