Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Architect with 5 or more years’ experience specializing in municipal projects including libraries, public safety, sports and recreation, multi-generational and community centers, infrastructure development, airports, wastewater treatment plants, and testing laboratories. Registered Architect is responsible for architectural services including all aspects of project management, internal design team integration, engineering integration, preparing fee proposals, construction documents, building code review, cost estimates, and bid and construction administration. Requires strong leadership and interpersonal relationships to foster team building and collaboration, along with strong communication skills for interaction with clients and design teams. Technical skills required include employing Revit and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate should also have a thorough understanding of best practices in building design and construction science in support of appropriate construction document detailing. This is an in-person position in our Albuquerque office.
