Job Description
Successful candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience with advanced skills in MS Word and Excel; advanced skills in proofing and editing; strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects in a deadline driven environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to work independently and in a team setting. Position primarily supports our Word Processing and Records Department preparing correspondence, reports and specifications, as well as performing other general administrative tasks.
