I-10/I-25 Systems Interchange Improvements

This award-winning project modernized geometrics, improved public safety and rebuilt aging infrastructure at the intersection of two major national highways. The finished roadway includes flyover bridges that keep traffic moving efficiently and new ramps with acceleration and deceleration zones that make the freeway entrances and exits safer. Molzen Corbin, the New Mexico DOT, Federal Highway Administration, and contractors brought it to spectacular life 5 months ahead of schedule and a whopping $4.2 million under budget.
This project certainly deserves accolades for its engineering, design and construction excellence along with its extensive team emphasis on community-building. We can all be proud of this investment in transportation infrastructure, public safety and job creation that will make traveling in southern New Mexico and the Southwest safer and more efficient for decades to come.
