Built in Mesilla’s cherished historic district, Molzen Corbin designed the first two phases of the multi-phased Town Hall facility.
The building is an approximately 7,000 square foot administrative office building housing the municipal functions of this growing community. It contains spaces for public access where the business of the young city can be transacted and provides a meeting place for local community groups as well as city government.
This 21,000-square-foot facility includes City offices, a Municipal Court Room and Commission Chambers. Designed in just seven months to meet a set deadline, this remarkably short schedule was accomplished with diligent planning, prudent project management and the design skill of Molzen Corbin’s architectural staff.
Molzen Corbin designed much-needed renovations to the Tularosa Municipal Offices.
Molzen Corbin designed the Village’s original municipal building in 1984. This facility included a small Village Hall, an area for the Motor Vehicle Department and the Village’s only Fire Station. Recent renovations provided much-needed work space for Village staff, as well as expanded MVD facilities for the general public.
